Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs / Times:

Shipping costs to North America (including USA & Canada), Australia, New Zealand, UK and EU will be free via Australia Post, and for most items will take a maximum of 15 business days. (Please note however, Australia Post cannot send any item longer than 1mt / 39" - so DHL is the only option for items like Hockey Sticks etc)

If you'd like to receive your goods faster, we also offer express shipping via DHL, for a cost of $80USD per order (regardless of how many items you buy) On average, goods shipped via DHL will take approximately 5 business days to most destinations.

Both of these shipping services include package tracking.

Product returns:

All aircraft components for sale through BVT Aviation are made to exacting standards by qualified aircraft engineers.

We provide a no questions asked returns policy, if you are not satisfied (for any reason) please notify us via email fly@bvtaviation.com and then ship the component back to us in the condition it was received, no holes, no modifications. Upon receipt we will refund your purchase price in full.

Certification:

Certification paperwork supplied with each component includes:

  • Material release notes for each component
  • Heat treatment release notes detailing the temper of the component
  • Fitting Instructions (if applicable)
  • Release notes for any bushes or grommets
  • All hardware used is MS Spec

Please note, a PMA is currently pending.

Production lead times:

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your payment.

We will, almost always, have stock on hand of every product listed for sale. In the unlikely event we sell out of stock on hand, the maximum lead production time is four weeks.  We will advise you via email for any orders placed if there is a delay on supply.

Shipping Damasge:

We do take great care with packaging - however accidents can happen, so if your order is damaged in transit please get in touch via email fly@bvtaviation.com, supply us with some photographs proving the damage was done in transit and we will assess your claim.  We will endeavour to replace any goods damaged in transit, at our own cost, however this is at our discretion and on a per case basis.
